🤖 AI RAPRO Module gets smarter

The AI RAPRO Module continues to grow in Release 3.0.7. RAPRO has revised capacity tracking, increased prompt and character support, added monthly usage resets, and introduced AI usage estimate tracking on the main screen. These changes make AI usage clearer and easier to manage for users working across Expert Form and IVR.
